On the outskirts of Guardamar del Segura, nice and quiet and yet everything within walking distance. You can walk to the center or the wide beach in 10 minutes via a tunnel. Marjal Beach is a beautiful complex that has all the facilities for a very pleasant stay (large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, indoor swimming pool (heated), sauna, gym, padel court, petanque, playground etc). All free to use for the residents.
In addition to a spacious and cozy living room with a small workplace, there are two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and lovely large outdoor space. As it is on the ground floor, you have a large outdoor terrace on three sides of the house, with conservatory (south facing ). So always choose sun or shade.
You can easily walk to the swimming pools on the complex without steps.

Markets nearby:
The weekly market is held in the center on Wednesdays and there is also a night market every day in the summer. For the real market enthusiast, we advise you to visit the large "Lemon Tree Market", just outside Guardamar on Sundays.
Parks and nature nearby:
Good cycling and walking is also possible in the Dunes of Guardamar, a huge forest park of 840 ha. that has been declared a protected nature reserve. Highly recommended. A walk through the Reina Sofía park in the middle of Guardamar with lakes, waterfalls, peacocks and beautiful flora and fauna is also a nice place.
The salt lakes of Torrevieja are also well worth a visit.
