Casa Tropical

Casa Tropical is a 4-person apartment (built in 2020) overlooking the communal garden and swimming pool. The apartment is located in Gran Alacant (municipality of Santa Pola) and is only a 10-minute drive from Alicante airport.

Within an 8-minute drive you are at the beach. 

Very fully furnished apartment, with air conditioning in all areas and beautiful communal swimming pool, which is open all year round. Well suited for people with reduced mobility due to the elevator (already from the parking garage). The environment is beneficial for people with COPD or rheumatism, because of the climate and the salt lakes present in the area.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large oven, microwave and fridge / freezer), a spacious south-facing balcony with nice views and borders a nature reserve. Excellent WIFI, parking garage with private parking, children's playground, BBQ/picnic area.

Several supermarkets, shops and restaurants 500 meters away. The beach is 2.5 kilometers away.

There is a lot to do in the area, such as a visit to the city of Alicante and the fortress of Alicante, the city of Elche with its many palm trees (approx. 200,000 date palms) and beautiful botanical garden, the island of Tabarca (accessible by boat from Santa Pola) and of course the other many coastal towns. Nearby are salt lakes, where you often see flamingos and about an hour's drive away you will find healing mud baths.

Our apartment is also an ideal place to spend the winter.

• Rental is possible from a minimum of 10 nights (11 days).
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
• Pets are welcome in consultation. 
• Arrival from 15.00 hrs, Departure before 11.00 hrs (deviations in consultation).
