The house is located in a cozy urbanization with unobstructed views right in front of the paradisiacal large swimming pool with children's pool. There is also a tennis and padel court (free with reservation).
From the terraces at the bedrooms you have a view of the large dunes and nature reserve 'El Clot de Calvany', as well as the city of Santa Pola and the sea!
Both during the day and in the evening you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surroundings from a cozy sitting area outside.
The house has 2 parking spaces in the urbanization and a driveway with awning where you can also park. The urbanization has a gate that gives direct access to the dune area.
Here you can take endless walks, from the El Faro lighthouse to Santa Pola.
Would you like to walk to the sea? This can be done very well on foot or you can take the tourist train (summer season) which stops near the gate of the Urbanization.
