Casa Florina – Detached holiday villa in Spain
Welcome to Casa Florina, a spacious and attractive holiday villa where comfort, tranquility and outdoor living come together. The villa is completely detached and has 206 m² of built space, leaving plenty of space for families and groups to relax and enjoy a relaxing stay under the Spanish sun.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living and sitting room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a practical pantry/laundry room and a separate toilet.
The villa is distributed over several split-level floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
On the second split-level floor is the spacious master bedroom with bathroom en suite. From this room you have access to a private balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Here you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the impressive and famous Montgó mountain, while you can even see the sea in the distance.
You can also enjoy the outdoors. Directly next to the house is a covered terrace, ideal for sitting outside at any time of the day. Further in the garden is a spacious pergola with a large dining table, a cosy outdoor bar and barbecue facilities – the perfect place for long summer evenings with family and friends.
To cool off, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds, so you can relax and enjoy the Spanish outdoors to the fullest.
At the entrance gate there is also an extra pergola under which a car can be parked under cover.
