Our house is a spacious corner house in a row. We have our parking lot close to the house. Through the front door you enter the hall, from which you have access to a bathroom with toilet, the kitchen and the living room.
There are four large communal swimming pools on the resort, one of which is in front of our house.
kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery available. Kitchen towels are also ready. The kitchen gives access to a small terrace for a nice breakfast and you can go to the garden through a sliding door.
Scullery
This contains the washing machine, a sink, ironing board with iron and cleaning supplies.
Living room
Our room is comfortably furnished with a spacious 3-seater sofa that can also be used as a comfortable 2-person sofa bed (160x200cm). There is also a coffee table.
The wall unit has a flat screen TV with Dutch channels. Chromecast available. You will also find a DVD player and a sound column with audio connection there. There are various games for the children in the cupboard.
The dining area consists of a round table that is extendable and 4 chairs. You can add several chairs here, so that you can enjoy a meal with several people. A high chair is also available.
There is fast fiber optic. Streaming is no problem.
Terrace and gardens
From our sheltered terrace with a garden table with 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds, you have a beautiful view over Benidorm, the sea and the coastline to Alicante. You also have a view of the shared swimming pool with a separate shallow children's area. You can keep an eye on the children from our garden when they are at the pool. There is also a sunbathing lawn and showers. Our house has chairs and a parasol to take to the pool (or the sea). Around the house and terrace we have a spacious lawned garden with plenty of enclosed play space.
The area around the house is green with many trees, plants and lawn. Something you don't often encounter to this extent in (holiday) homes in the Spanish Costa.
The terrace is conveniently located all year round. In the summer when the sun is high, the terrace is shaded and the garden is in the sun. In spring, autumn and winter when the sun is low, it shines wonderfully on the terrace from early morning until late in the afternoon. You can also sit in the sun at the back of the house until late.
Swimming pool and garden are well maintained and cleaned.
From the hall you take the stairs upstairs, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.
There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, sink and toilet that can be used by guests in combination with the sofa bed.

A hairdryer is provided.

This bathroom en suite has a sink, toilet, bidet and a spacious walk-in shower (2023)

Downstairs in the hall there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom)
It contains 2 single beds of 90x200cm with slatted base and good mattresses including protective top cover. Each bed has a pillow with duvet. Bed linen is also provided. The room has spacious fitted wardrobes for your suitcases and clothing.
In addition, this bedroom with private bathroom and toilet has a terrace with beautiful views. Here you can sit comfortably in the evening and enjoy the view of the illuminated city in the distance.
Dutch TV is available.
Bedroom 2
It contains 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm with good mattresses and a protective top cover. This room also has a spacious built-in wardrobe.
There is also an underbed of 90x200cm that can be placed between the other beds. So suitable for 3 people.
There is a children's camping bed in the house with a duvet and sheets.
There is good air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs with warm or cool air!
Downstairs there is a spacious and comfortable double sofa bed of 160x200cm. Combined with the downstairs bathroom, this provides sufficient privacy for guests sleeping downstairs. The sofa bed is easy to fold out.
