From the terrace you look towards the pool and the communal garden. All the amenities you need during a holiday are available in the immediate vicinity: sea, beach, golf courses, amusement parks, shops, mountains and nature.

Our property is a semi-detached house in a row of 4. We have a private parking space near the front door of the house. Through the front door you enter the hall, from where you have access to a toilet, the kitchen and the room.
Kitchen
This is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people. Kitchen towels are also provided. Utility room: this houses the washing machine, a sink, ironing board with iron and cleaning utensils.
Living room
This is nicely furnished with two spacious 2-seater sofas with coffee table. On the wall unit is a flat screen smart TV with a soundbar and Dutch channels. Streaming to TV from mobile or tablet is easy. You will also find a wireless HD speaker there. In the cupboard there are various games for the children. The dining area consists of a table that is extendable and in addition to an office chair, 5 chairs. Several chairs can be added here, so that you can eat comfortably with 8-9 people. A high chair is also available.
There is a fast fiber optic connection in the house. Streaming is therefore no problem at all.
Bedrooms
From the room you go up the stairs, where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For the design of this, see characteristics.
There is also a children's camping bed available, with duvet and sheets.
Both downstairs and upstairs there is air conditioning with hot or cold air!
Terrace and gardens
From our covered terrace with an extendable garden table with 6 chairs and 2 sunbeds, you look towards the pool and garden. It is a communal swimming pool with a shallow children's area, accessible by a lockable staircase from our garden. There is also a sunbathing area as well as showers. In our house there are a few chairs and a parasol, to take to the pool (or to the sea). In front of the terrace is a garden with lawn, a nice place for the sunbeds. You can easily keep an eye on your children from our garden when they are at the pool.
The area surrounding the house is very green with many trees, plants and lawn. Something you don't find much to that extent on the Spanish Costa in (holiday) homes.
The terrace is conveniently located all year round. In the summer when the sun is high, the terrace is wonderfully shady and the garden is in the sun. In spring, autumn and winter, the sun shines wonderfully on the terrace from late morning to sunset. On the terrace you will also be hardly bothered by possible wind.
Pool and gardens are excellently maintained and cleaned.
