ACCOMMODATION:

In a quiet street of the beautiful residential area of Sierra Cortina, a wrought iron automatic entrance gate gives access to the Mediterranean complex 'Los Olivos'.

Near the entrance is the open parking with a reserved parking space for Casa Leon. Via two stairs you reach this charming semi-detached house, located in a well-kept and attractive complex. Along the front garden you enter Casa Leon, an inviting holiday home with a warm Mediterranean feel. A long central hallway leads to the living space, with access to the kitchen immediately on the right.

  • The separate kitchen is spacious, bright and fully equipped. With a ceramic hob, oven, combi fridge, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils, you will lack nothing to cook at home. The cozy dining area also makes the kitchen a wonderful place to start the day. Thanks to its many windows, this space enjoys an abundance of natural light, ideal for a leisurely breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning sun.
  • Next to the kitchen is a practical storage room with washing machine, ironing board and all necessary cleaning materials. Back in the central hallway, in addition to the kitchen, there is also a bathroom and the staircase.
  • The bathroom on the ground floor has a sink, toilet and shower. After a day at the beach, this is particularly useful for quickly freshening up and keeping the house sand-free easily.
  • The staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms and two more bathrooms are located.

The central corridor leads into the combined living and dining area. The spacious dining room features a wooden table for six people and a comfortable sofa invites you to a relaxing siesta cozy evening. The owners deliberately chose a harmonious interior that perfectly matches the atmosphere of the region. Fresh white walls, light furniture and natural materials such as wicker create a soothing and authentic Mediterranean ambiance.

Through a sliding door you reach the private garden with covered terrace and awning. This sheltered outdoor area enjoys a lot of privacy and is bathed in the afternoon sun. The dining table for six is the ideal place for long lunches or cozy dinners in the open air. For those who like to enjoy the sun, two comfortable sunbeds are also available.

On the upper floor, the staircase opens onto a charming landing with Mediterranean accents and a full-length mirror;

  • On the right side of the landing is the master bedroom, a spacious suite with private bathroom. This room has a comfortable double bed of 160x200 cm and a sofa bed that can serve as a fifth sleeping place for a child. In addition, there is a spacious wardrobe. Thanks to the blackout shutters and the individual air conditioning , you can enjoy optimal comfort here. The master bedroom also has a private terrace with a cozy bistro set. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and hydromassage bath and completes this suite.
  • On the left side of the landing is a third bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink and bath.
  • Adjacent is the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds of 90x180 cm and a built-in wardrobe. This room also has blackout shutters and its own air conditioning unit.

Within the beautiful complex, guests can enjoy no less than two impressive lagoon-shaped swimming pools, surrounded by manicured Mediterranean gardens and green lawns. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Spanish outdoors to the fullest.

Casa Leon is also very child-friendly. There are various baby facilities available, including a baby cot, high chair and baby seat. In addition, the youngest guests can use beach toys and other fun facilities for hours of fun during the holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included in the rates:

  • Beds are made on arrival
  • 1 towel package per person; 1 towel, 1 shower towel, 1 beach towel.
  • Internet and water included.
  • We provide you with the basic necessities to get started (olive oil, spices, dishwashing liquid, etc...)
  • Electricity: 30kw/courtesy included, additional consumption is charged separately at 0.35€/Kw.

CANCELLATION:

  • In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival; Refund of 50% of the deposit
  • In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival, unfortunately no refund is possible, except for the deposit of course.

Additional information

Spectacular mountain village overlooking a turquoise reservoir and surrounding mountain valleys. The castle is built into the rock and gives the village a unique historical character. Narrow streets, small museums and panoramic viewpoints make this one of the most impressive destinations in the region.
The pearl of the Costa Blanca, known for its whitewashed old town, cobbled streets and sea views. Stroll past small boutiques, galleries, and cafes, and work your way up towards the blue-domed church for panoramic views. The combination of art, character and tranquility makes Altea one of the most atmospheric places in the region.
On Tuesdays there is a weekly market with a mix of local produce, textiles and small stalls.
Step back millions of years in time at DinoPark Algar, located near the famous waterfalls of the Algar. This educational and adventure park is the perfect family outing, offering more than 30 life-size, roaring and moving dinosaur models in a beautiful natural setting.

Near Casa Leon, the spectacular Puig Campana mountain awaits. The Fort de Bernia trail in Altea is a classic with rugged nature, sea views and a passage through the mountain to ancient ruins. In the Jalon Valley, you'll find quieter walks among vineyards and almond blossom. In Albir from the lighthouse you can walk all the way along the natural park from Sierra Helada to Benidorm (or vice versa). Those who love hiking and are used to differences in level can indulge themselves here.
Vast and quiet beach with colorful houses along the coast. Sandy beach with calm sea and many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.
