Our house is a spacious corner house in a row. We have our parking space near the house. Through the front door you enter the hall, from where you have access to a bathroom with toilet and shower, the kitchen and the living room.
There are four large communal swimming pools at the resort, one of which is in front of our house.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery available. Kitchen towels are also provided. The kitchen gives access to a small terrace for breakfast and through a sliding door you can go to the garden.
Scullery
Here is the washing machine, a sink, ironing board with iron and cleaning utensils.
Living room
Our room is nicely furnished with a 3-person sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.
On the wall unit is a flat screen smartTV with Dutch channels, among other things. You will also find a music box there. In the cupboard there are various games for the children.
The dining area consists of a round table (which is extendable) with 4 chairs. Several chairs can be added here, so that you can eat with several people. A high chair is also available.
There is fast fiber optics. Streaming is no problem.
Terrace and gardens
From our sheltered terrace with a garden table with 6 chairs and 3 sunbeds, you have a beautiful view towards Benidorm and the sea. You also have a view of the communal swimming pool with a separate shallow children's area. You can keep an eye on the children from our garden when they are at the pool. There is also a sunbathing area as well as showers. In our house there are chairs and a parasol to take to the pool (or the sea). To the house and terrace is a spacious lawned garden with plenty of fenced play area.
The area surrounding the house is green with many trees, plants and lawn. Something you don't often find in the Spanish costa to that extent with (holiday) homes.
The terrace is conveniently located all year round. In summer when the sun is high, the terrace is shaded and the garden is in the sun. In spring, autumn and winter when the sun is low, it shines wonderfully on the terrace from early morning until late afternoon.
From the hall you go up the stairs, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.
Also downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

It contains a sink, toilet, bidet and a bath with shower.
A hairdryer is provided.
Bathroom 2
In this bathroom en suite there is a sink, toilet, bidet and a walk-in shower (2023)
Bathroom 3
Downstairs in the hall there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom)
It contains 2 1p-beds of 90x200cm with slatted base and good mattresses including protective top deck. Bed linen is also provided. The room has spacious built-in wardrobes for your suitcases and clothes.
In addition, this bedroom, with private bathroom and toilet, has a terrace with beautiful views. Here you can sit in the evening and enjoy the view over the illuminated city in the distance.
Bedroom 2
It contains 2 single beds of 90x200cm with good mattresses and protective top deck. Also in this room is a built-in wardrobe.
There is a lower bed of 90x200cm which can be placed between the two other beds. So suitable for 3 people.
There is a children's camping cot in the house with blanket and sheets.
Both downstairs and upstairs there is good air conditioning with warm or cool air!
