The complex has a beautiful large swimming pool and an island with palms located in a large and beautifully landscaped garden, which borders the access to the beach. The swimming pool is open during the high season, from 15 June to 15 September. Of course there is the possibility to enjoy the wonderful sea throughout the year. Due to new legislation in Spain from April 3, 2025, this apartment can only be rented for more than 14 consecutive days.
In the garden you will also find several seating areas and a barbecue area. In addition, there is a cafeteria especially for tenants and owners that is also open during the high season.
For the little ones , there is a private shallow swimming pool available during the high season as well as various playground equipment. For them there is also plenty to do in the area, for example a visit to the caves of Busot, water park Aqualandia or zoo Terra Mitica. And of course the beautiful sandy beach is right at the apartment! We have the necessary equipment for them to play here, such as fishing nets, ball, bucket and shovels etc. For older children, there are beach volleyball areas near the complex.
Alicante can be reached quickly and cheaply by modern tram, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Within 20 minutes you get off in the heart of Alicante.
Around the pool is a large garden for general use. Furthermore, the complex has a tennis court, mini golf, gym and there is a private garage in the complex right next to the building, under the tennis court.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a comfortable bed of 160x200 and built-in wardrobes, fan and air conditioning. The children's room is very spacious and has a trundle bed, so space for 2 of 90x200m a fan, mosquito nets, shutters and air conditioning.
There are two luxurious bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub.
The kitchen has all modern appliances. Nespresso coffee machine and coffee bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer, new geyser (city gas) and storage space, including for the beach chairs.
The living room has a fan, TV with a.o. Dutch and German channels and free WiFi. There is a nice sitting area and a large dining table. In addition, the living room has beautiful double doors as an entrance from the hall and on the terrace side is a triple sliding door, the 3 parts of which can be slid together so that the outside and inside can be pulled together.
Outside there is a super terrace with two daybeds, lounge area with bench, a dining table for 5 people and 2 large awnings.
In addition to the linen that is of course provided, the apartment has beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella with screw base. All the ingredients are there to give you a wonderful and carefree holiday from start to finish!

The location is really great! It is a 1st line apartment with 180 degree sea view, right on the beach and at the beginning of the boulevard, where it is very cozy in summer and winter . Furthermore, there is a tram that has a station 10 minutes from the apartment for a wonderful trip along the coast to the center of Alicante. In every month there are fiestas in the region. There is also a nice market to visit every day in El Campello or the surrounding area. Finally, large supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidle, Mercadona and Carrefour are quickly accessible. A pharmacy is 8 minutes walk from the complex and if required a GP is 10 minutes from the apartment.
There is plenty to do in the area, for example wine tasting in Jalon or Pinoso, a visit to the Guadelest reservoir or visit one of the many castles, but for those who prefer not to drive a car themselves, Dirk can safely and comfortably arrange a tailor-made trip with our SUV for an attractive price.
