The house has a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. A large Spanish outdoor kitchen with BBQ facilities is also ready to prepare a delicious meal.
Around the house and the private swimming pool in the richly vegetated garden there are several terraces and nice seating areas, including a beautiful pergola.

The ground floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with large double beds, one of which has an extra sofa bed. The spacious kitchen-diner is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. There is a spacious shower, sink and washing machine, and there is also plenty of storage space. There are some children's toys, air mattresses, balls, etc. available. In addition, TV and WIFI (fiber optic connection) are not missing

The finca is located in a quiet part of Denia on a dead-end street so that you will experience soothing peace and privacy. The finca has 3 parking spaces on site. Behind our house is the beautiful Montgo nature reserve where you can take beautiful walks. There is also a wide range of cycling routes for all levels around Denia.

Zensa Home is a 7-minute drive from the sandy beach of Playa Marineta, but also from the cozy harbor with all its delicious restaurants. From the harbor you can take boat trips along the beautiful coast, but you can also sail to Ibiza in 2 hours. Of course you can also rent a boat or watercraft yourself, there is plenty on offer. Zensa Home offers you peace and privacy, but also offers you a vibrant city within minutes, known for its cuisine and nightlife!
