Our villa is located in a quiet and friendly complex with 14 houses and has two bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, induction hob, extractor hood and a Nespresso machine. You also have access to a large fridge / freezer combination and a washer / dryer combination.
In the living room there is a Smart TV with satellite channels.
To cool off, you have a fenced swimming pool and paddling pool in front of the door! You also have access to a private parking space.
On our three terraces you can enjoy breakfast, relax, sunbathe and drinks with the whole family. On the roof terrace there is a plancha, outdoor shower, lounge set and lovely sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the Monte Pego mountain and the villa is 800 meters from the beautiful, clean and quiet sandy beaches of El Verger/Denia, Spain.
The centre and port of Denia are just a 12-minute drive away. The large supermarkets, shops and various restaurants can be reached within 2 minutes on foot.
