Beautiful detached luxury villa with lots of privacy, great views of the Orba Valley and own large pool (10 x 5 m). The villa is situated on a hill in the urbanization El Capco. In addition, it is very quiet and there is very little noise. You sit on the quiet side of the hill and see in the evening the sun sink behind the mountains.
In the valley you can walk through the orange groves, grapefruit, almond and olive groves. The most beautiful gorge of the Costa Blanca is less than 5 km away and a walk to the Castellet (ruins on the hill next to Orba) lasts from the house about 1 hour.
From the house is less than 300 meters to a good supermarket (MAS Y MAS) and another 200 meters and you are in the picturesque town of Orba. Orba has some really nice restaurants serving a full dinner at very affordable rates.
The house is fully equipped (wifi and Dutch television), has three bathrooms and five bedrooms, all with two single beds. The house has two floors You enter the entrance and on this floor is the living room, balcony with fantastic views, where you can relax, three bedrooms, one bedroom with en suite and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A staircase down to the kitchen is reached and the dining room.
From there you can walk down the terrace, where a barbecue is a large spacious terrace, where you can always sit in the sun / lie or shade can look at the large private pool. There is an outdoor shower and a separate toilet outside. The Mediterranean garden is landscaped with palm trees, lemon and simaasappelboom.
The house is located about 12 km from Denia, where the beach is. Shopping in the largest indoor shopping center 'La Marina' is at 8 km away and the golf course 10 km away. Access is excellent via the motorway Alicante (halfway). Flies can therefore both Valencia and Alicante. Assistance with rent car I can arrange at favorable prices. And booking flights with low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Transavia keeps costs low. Also I can help, especially since I do not work with a fixed changeover.
