Location and surroundings
The penthouse is in a great location in the center of Denia. From the penthouse you can reach everything on foot. The cozy city center with its many shops, restaurants and terraces is a stone's throw away. You are within a 10-minute walk on the elongated sandy beach and at the marina. The walk to the Montgo natural park takes about 45 minutes. In this mountain range you will find a number of beautifully marked hiking trails. In addition, there are more walking and cycling opportunities in the beautiful surroundings. There are also several golf courses nearby. The nearest golf course is 5 km away. Several supermarkets can be found in the vicinity. The Mercadona supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away and Lidl is within 10 minutes.

Penthouse description
Our penthouse consists of a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a combined area of 60 m2.
It has a large terrace of 33 m2, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The terrace offers views of the castle and the Montgo Mountains.
The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning (cold/hot) and there is wifi. It is equipped with shutters. It is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building and has a lift.

Accessibility
Denia can be reached from the airports of Alicante (104 km) and Valencia (117 km). Denia is easily accessible by bus, especially from Alicante airport. The bus station is less than a 10-minute walk from our penthouse.

We are Marga and Martin living in Bovenkarspel. We are a traveling couple and have already visited many beautiful places. But Denia has really stolen our hearts. It has so much to offer. The cozy town center, the beach, the marina, the mountains, the walking and cycling possibilities. In November 2019 we arrived for the first time and since December 2019 we are the proud owners of our own penthouse in Denia. A wonderful place for us to spend the winter.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include linen and energy costs.
For stays of 4 weeks and longer, a discount of 15% is given. For a minimum stay of 8 weeks, a higher discount is possible.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.
