Those mountains... and all that greenery... Finca Romantica is located at the foot of the Montgó nature reserve and close to the sea. This rural and unique holiday home is located in an area just about 15 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Denia. As soon as you park the car at your finca and get out, everything falls away from you. You will be surprised by the beautiful location and the space around the finca. Despite the fact that it has a rural and quiet location , it is not excluded that noises can be heard in the area. We can only rejoice about this holiday home in Spain and wish everyone a holiday in such a dream place! This holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca has a lot of privacy, combined modern and rural décor, magnificent garden and breathtaking views.

Layout Finca Romantica
This cozy holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is fully furnished in country style with beautiful authentic details. There is a living room with a comfortable sitting area, stove, television with Dutch channels, and a music system.
The spacious kitchen has all appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a 4-burner stove. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and double sink.
There is a separate toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer . The whole house is air-conditioned. Both in the house and outside there are height differences by means of steps.
The third bedroom is located next to the main house with a separate entrance and we call it the rock studio. A special studio, because part of a rock is located in the room. This room has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and access to the balcony/terrace with seating and a view of greenery and the sea in the distance.
Outside at Finca Romantica
The beautiful, here and there a bit wilder, landscaped garden borders on all sides the great nature reserve and in the middle with the nice private swimming pool (73 m2 and depth max 2.10 deep). There are 6 sun loungers on the spacious terrace around the pool. Under the veranda with barbecue and large dining table you can enjoy a snack and drink from early in the morning until late in the evening with a view of the pool, the illuminated garden and a beautiful starry sky in the evening. For children it is also an Eldorado, such a large garden to play in! There is an outdoor shower. Parking is available on site, there is enough space to park a number of cars.
