We are proud to present our Spanish holiday home to you. Located on Monte Pego with unparalleled views and sunsets! Located 10 minutes from long sandy beaches that also slope gently for the little ones, it offers everything for a wonderful holiday! Pego and Rafol d'almunia are the nearest and still typical Spanish villages. If you want a little more, be sure to discover Denia with its bustling harbor and city life. The house enchants you every day with its incredible views of the Marjal nature reserve, the coastline and surrounding mountains. A source with healing water that is 24 degrees warm all year round is located 2 kilometers from the house.
The house is divided into two full floors (2 bedrooms, bath and/or shower room, kitchen and lounge per floor), each with a terrace and between the 2 floors is the swimming pool with barbecue and sun loungers. The floors can be separate (outside the high season and other rental prices) or the house can be seen as a whole.
The house is rented out so that you can also enjoy the tranquility, the house and the swimming pool, the beautiful surroundings with numerous activity options such as hiking, beach and sea, cycling, visiting caves, restaurants,...
There is room for 2 to 10 people.
Can you already see yourself lying on one of the sunbeds, barbecuing next to the pool or swimming in the pool, having breakfast with a beautiful panoramic view. Then come and enjoy the silence and tranquility under the Spanish sun!
