We are proud to present you our Spanish holiday home. Located near the towns of Pego and Denia (boat departure to Ibiza) on the famous Monte Pego, with panoramic views from the house and terraces of the Marjal nature reserve, the coastline and surrounding mountains. The house is divided into two full floors (2 bedrooms, bathroom and/or shower room, kitchen and lounge per floor), each with a terrace and between the 2 floors is the swimming pool with barbecue and sun loungers. The floors can be separated (outside the high season and different rental prices) or the house can be seen as one whole.
The house is rented so that you can also enjoy the peace and quiet, the house and the swimming pool, the beautiful surroundings with numerous activity options such as walking, beach and sea, cycling, visiting caves, restaurants,...
There is room for 2 to 10 people.
Do you also see yourself lying on one of the sunbeds, having a BBQ next to the pool or swimming in the pool, having breakfast with a beautiful panoramic view, enjoying the Spanish sun and the beautiful sandy beaches of Oliva Nova and Deveses in peace and quiet?
