The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of the complex with sea views, the garden with swimming pool and the Montgo mountain. The living room has a large sofa, dining table, desk and sofa bed. Through the hall you enter the kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave / oven combination, Nespresso machine and all kinds of kitchen appliances. Behind the kitchen is a balcony with a washing machine and dryer that you can use.
There are two bedrooms with box spring (90x200m). One bedroom is located on the large terrace, the other bedroom is at the rear and has a spacious ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

The front terrace (36m2) is east facing with sea and Montgo views. It has three large awnings that provide shade and is further equipped with a dining table for 8 people, electric bbq, 4 lounge chairs and 2 sun beds.
