With us you are assured of peace and quiet and yet only 10 minutes from the beach, center and sports facilities. Between Valencia and Alicante lies our fine casa Tossalet. Suitable for 7 people. Denia is located halfway between Alicante and Valencia. 1900 kms from Amsterdam.
The house is located 10 minutes away from the beach and the old town of Denia. The villa offers sea views and has spectacular views over the orange fields. The pleasant seaside resort of Denia can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Here you will also find several supermarkets. The town is also very easy to reach by bike. Bicycles can be rented and delivered to your home. 
Outside the seaside resorts of Jávea and Denia, you will find a large and modern shopping centre in the town of Ondara, about 8 km away. There are also many options for day trips, but a visit to the historic city of Valencia, a 1-hour drive away, is definitely recommended. See the old, authentic center, but don't forget to visit the futuristic buildings of the famous Valencian architect Calatrava. It is very nice to do this by bike (can be rented on site). The villa has a spacious terrace with views of  the castle, the orange fields and the mountain, the Montgó.

The villa is located on a cul-de-sac (so peace, no noise or traffic) between the orange fields. There is a cozy living room with comfortable furniture and television with Dutch channels. From the living room the terrace can be reached through French doors. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the separate room next to the kitchen you will find a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dutch TV and internet available.

Villa Tossalet has four bedrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. This bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, walk-in closet and a recently renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has patio doors to the lovely terrace and swimming pool. There are two beds of 90 x 200. The same goes for the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a bed of 90 x 200. A cot can be placed here on request. There is also a playpen and high chair available.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a toilet, walk-in shower and a double sink. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The garden. The villa is located on approximately 1800m2 of land, is fully fenced and has a swimming pool of 4.5 by 7.5, which is directly accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Spacious terrace with views of  the castle, the orange fields and the mountain, the Montgó. The whole plot is enclosed by high hedges and a remote control fence. The partly covered terrace is a great place to relax at any time of the day. Relax on your lounger in the sun, read a book under the parasol or enjoy a BBQ in the evening.

In addition, you will be able to contemplate beautiful views from the top. Go to the Castle of Dénia. It is a simple, affordable and very interesting activity for families.

Every year, between March 16 and 19, the streets of Dénia are flooded with color, music and spectacular monuments to celebrate a unique festival in the world: Las Fallas that celebrate the arrival of spring with the sound of firecrackers and give special attention to fire, and that in Dénia form a group of about 2.000 people associated with the festival.
