Our House: an authentic Spanish paradise. Located 5 minutes from town, beach and harbor in a quiet villa area. Due to the slightly higher location, you have a beautiful view. The real Spanish house with white walls and authentic roofs exudes a lot of atmosphere. It contains 3 bedrooms, a living room, a living room with open kitchen and a beautiful blue swimming pool of 8x4m and a spacious fenced garden with lots of privacy.

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the port and the city in a quiet villa area, our house offers everything you need to fully unwind. As soon as you open the doors, a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere welcomes you. The interior is a perfect balance between the charm of traditional Spanish architecture and the freshness of contemporary design. The characteristic white plastered walls and tiled floors form a timeless base, while the light, sun-drenched spaces create a warm inviting atmosphere
Outside
Upon arrival, the electric gate opens to an oasis of peace and beauty. Swaying palm trees welcome you. In the Mediterranean garden with lemon, medlar, orange and jasmine trees, you will be surrounded by pure freedom and surrounded by the scents and colors of the South. Plenty of places to relax: from the ground floor or on both higher terraces you have a view of the valley of the Montgó, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Relax with a cappuccino on the bench next to the lemon tree or have a drink on one of the terraces, find shade under the veranda or take a refreshing dip in the azure blue swimming pool of 8x4 meters.

- Hall
As soon as you enter you are greeted by an attractive hall. The absolute showpiece: a handmade wrought iron staircase that invites you to discover the first floor. Here in the hall, the journey of discovery through our house begins, where every detail has been chosen with love and care. - Dining and Living Space
Through the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen. A large space that breathes the Mediterranean lifestyle. In the center is the large wooden dining table with 8 comfortable design chairs. The kitchen is of course equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher. While you eat, work or relax, you will be treated to a breathtaking view. - Salon
From the living room you can step straight into our salon with 7 seats and a TV. Here you will be embraced by a panoramic view of the valley of the Montgó and the Mediterranean Sea. Plenty of space to relax, settle down in the sofas and let the world go by for a while.
- Workplace
The kitchen is in open connection with a separate workplace, a real focus place with a large table. Plenty of space to work, create or brainstorm. Your inspiration is further fueled by the view. Remote work with the Montgó valley as a backdrop and take a break in the pool. How beautiful life can be!
- Bedroom(s)
From the salon you walk to the hallway with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms both have a double bed with 2 separate mattresses. The bedrooms have bedside tables with bedside lamps, to charge your mobile, and storage space for your clothes. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms.
- Bathroom
The natural colors and minimalist styling of the bathroom exudes simplicity and serenity. While the view of the imposing Montgó gives you a feeling of freedom and connection with nature. Equipped with a spacious rain shower, an elegant wall unit and modern toilet, this space offers everything you need for a moment of relaxation.
- Hall (1st floor)
The spiral staircase leads to the sun-drenched first floor with a separate entrance and toilet. Here you can retreat and chill in the hall or enjoy the infinite view outside on the terrace while enjoying a drink and snack.
- Bedroom(1st floor)
A lovely sun-drenched bedroom with light from both sides. Where you can rinse off all your worries in the ensuite bathroom with sea view.
