We are Jacco and Marieke from the Netherlands and have a great love for Spain – and in particular for beautiful Dénia. This cozy coastal town on the Costa Blanca has everything for us: sun, sea, culture and a relaxed atmosphere. There is plenty to discover in the vicinity: charming villages such as Jávea, Moraira and Guadalest, beautiful walking and cycling routes in nature and of course endless good restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

When you have passed the yellow container and continue a little further, you will come to one of the harbor restaurants. This has a bouncy castle for the children at weekends, often also during the summer holidays every day.
Turn left when you leave block 3 and leave the site via the side entrance on the side of the entrance gate. Turn left again and cross the street on the dirt road on the way to the beach.
Walk straight on the sandy path.
To the right of the path is a nature reserve.
At the end of the sand path you will find this beautifully laid out wooden path through the dunes towards the beach, paid for by Europe. Also for cyclists in use.

Look occasionally to the left then see the boats in the harbor.
At the end of the wooden path you come to this road, turn right for several dune transitions to the beach. With a bike you also turn right and within 15 minutes at Boulevard of Guardamar with nice terraces. Turn left and you will arrive at the port.
