Welcome to our magnificent duplex penthouse, ideally located just 9 km from the centre of Dénia and with direct access to the beach from the communal area itself. It is the perfect accommodation to escape the cold north of Europe and enjoy a mild and bright climate from October to May.
Housing and distribution
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is comfortably distributed over two floors:
Ground floor: You will find a spacious and very bright living-dining room, equipped with a large table, comfortable seating and direct access to a fantastic east-facing terrace. It enjoys sun until late in the afternoon, with open views of the sea, the communal pool and the majestic Montgó mountain. This floor also has a bedroom with a 135 cm bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and receives sun in the afternoon; next to it there is a separate covered gallery (for washing machine and cleaning) that offers excellent views of the bay of Gandía and the Mondúver. With beautiful sunsets.
Upper floor: It has an impressive master bedroom with a large double bed and direct views of the sea, accompanied by a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower.
The Solarium: On this upper floor there is a small solarium facing east, the ideal place to sunbathe in total privacy during winter mornings.

To ensure you have a comfortable and carefree stay, the penthouse features:
- Air conditioning (hot/cold) on both floors and electric towel dryers in the bathrooms on the upper floor.
- High-speed fibre optic internet connection (ideal for entertainment or teleworking).
- Private and covered parking space in the basement of the building, with easy access by elevator.

The residential complex has large garden areas with lawns, two communal swimming pools, a jacuzzi (outdoor and not heated, so they are not usually used in winter) and a paddle tennis court.

Connectivity: Although it is 9 km from the historic center of Dénia (where you can enjoy its lively local life and famous gastronomy), it has a bus stop very close by that connects you directly to the city.
