This modernized bungalow is centrally located in a quiet area of Dehesa de Campoamor. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found within walking distance. The property is located about 900 meters from the sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. At about 6 kilometers you will find a few golf courses, where you may be able to play a game of golf every now and then. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (150x200). The other bedroom offers 2 single beds (90x200). For these 2 beds we also have a mattress topper available so that a double bed of 180x200 is created. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. At the front of the house you can sit outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. The house is fully enclosed and therefore you have plenty of privacy. The garden faces south! You can enjoy the sun in the garden all day long . The house has access to fiber optic Wi-Fi and Dutch and Flemish TV. At a short distance (260 meters) is the communal area of the villa area. Here you will find a spacious communal swimming pool, sunbathing areas, a playground, padel court and 3 tennis courts. The swimming pool is closed in the winter months (between 1 October and 1 May) Tennis and paddle are possible all year round.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
