This lovely holiday home has everything you could wish for for a holiday home. On the ground floor are the living room with a cozy gas fireplace for the winter and a large fan for the summer, an open kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and fan. The master bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2x single bed. There is a 3rd bedroom with separate entrance on the roof terrace with a bunk bed, private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Both on the patio and on the roof terrace there is a table with 4 chairs to enjoy a snack and a drink in the Spanish outdoors. There are also 2 sun loungers on the roof terrace. There is a washing machine in the separate storage room where you can also find the ironing board and iron. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available and a cot and/or high chair can be placed in the house on request.
Casita is located in a pleasant park in the quiet Coveta Fuma district with gardens, terrace, communal swimming pool (slightly heated by solar panels) and bar and is located 100 meters from a small bay with beach and 300 meters from the small supermarket, train stop, post office and cozy square with several restaurants and a large children's playground.
