Nice cottage on a quiet holiday park in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants and a supermarket with fresh bread. The house is a two-person house". The tram is nearby, we have not been bothered by this at all, tram is over in 30 seconds, does not sound loud.
Nice shared pool. Beds could be better, house could be some maintenance. Had a nice time!

The cottage was as described. Due to the location near the tram, it was not necessary to take a rental car. You could get everywhere cheaply. The landlord was always available and did everything to make our holiday relaxing. The only drawback was the slowness of the Wifi-Anschlusses.Es was possible to send and receive Whattsapp, but with pictures or videos the net was overwhelmed. Nevertheless, we will recommend the house and visit again next year.

We had 3 wonderful weeks, holiday home is (to my surprise) fine to do with 4 children. Landlord is friendly and there for you if you need him.

We had 3 wonderful weeks, holiday home is (to my surprise) fine to do with 4 children. Landlord is friendly and there for you if you need him.
Some people will find the tram nearby a disadvantage, we found it to be the biggest advantage. The swimming pool is ideal for children (they are allowed to dive there) unlike many other communal pools. If you normally use the air conditioner, you don't have to worry about surprises at the bill. I sometimes drop some glasses from my hands and they didn't want money for this either. A great holiday for a very reasonable price!!
Our 2 oldest (and not the easiest) want to go back as soon as possible, so do we.

The cottage is fully equipped. Due to the various terraces, there are plenty of opportunities to seek out the sun or shade. We had two small children with us, 1 of which was 2 years old. She sat comfortably in the high chair and could play with toys that were in the house. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming. He regularly checks whether everything is to your liking.
The location of the cottage is a bit less because of a tram that runs right past it. In addition, there is a nice view from the roof terrace.
