Cozy village with lots of bars and restaurants. The house is located on top of a hill, so there is always a refreshing breeze from the sea on the terraces in the summer. 

The house is located in a small urbanization Quesada II, centrally located, all necessary amenities are available within a radius of less than 1 km. In the vicinity are supermarkets, shops, restaurant/terraces, bars, and much more....

Due to the increased energy prices, we have regretted having to increase the rates slightly, but don't let that stop you from booking, the quality-price ratio is still one of the sharpest in the area 

The 2-storey villa (modernized in 2014) has a living/dining room that is connected to the terraces by a large sliding door, satellite TV (all NL channels, most expensive canal digital package) and air conditioning/inverter/infrared heating for the winter visitors.
There are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom (on the 1st floor) has 1 double bed, a private terrace, i with a lounge set and air conditioning / inverter, the second (ground floor) has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a 2 person sofa bed for any extra visitors/guests.
There are 2 bathrooms with toilet, one with bath/shower and bidet, and one with shower;
Luxury kitchen fully equipped, such as combination microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, built-in express, etc.
Washing machine is also available.

Communal swimming pool is 50 meters away.
Both terraces are equipped with all conveniences, including a luxury lounge set, 2 sunbeds and a folding-arm awning.

Our property is very suitable for all groups of holidaymakers, small families with children, the elderly and young people. There is plenty to do in the vicinity. Natural Park "El Recorral" is within walking distance, Golf Club "El Marquesa" for golf lovers is 900 m, aqua park for children, there are 2 large shopping centers nearby.

 Beautiful wide long beaches of Guardamar, La Marina, La Mata and Orihuela Costa are within easy reach.
