Host expected cleaning fee and deposit on arrival - none of this was on the website when looking on my phone. I even showed the host this, he insisted on taking our money otherwise we wouldn't get the keys. Unprofessional, it's not the customer's fault the advert was wrong. Hand soap + washing up liquid missing, fridge was off too!

Had a nice time. Friendly and helpful landlord. Broken oven replaced within a day. Is a bit remote and on top of the mountain so the car is handy. Swimming pool quiet, but accessible via a fairly steep road.

It was a bit of a search but nice, affordable restaurants in the area.
Nice swimming pool, which was a bit difficult to reach, but that's how we got the necessary exercise?
We would love to come back to this fine house and nice landlord!

Seeing the sun rise over the mountains in the morning, with the beautiful view over the Quesada, that alone makes it worth staying in this house. We had a great time for five weeks.

Casa vista del mar is a nice holiday home with many amenities such as a mega large TV, free wifi and a very extensive equipped kitchen. The car that you rent directly from Joop is also very nice. The pick-up and drop-off service is great. Joop can be clearer about undisclosed extra costs for gas heating. Nothing else as praise for the effort the joop takes to make it to your liking.
