Casa Prins apartment with 2 bedrooms and stunning views.

The apartment is located in a quiet place in Ciudad Quesada (Costa Blanca).
All rooms have their own air conditioning and heating. TV with all channels, WiFi, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, balconies, roof terrace, community pool, parking spaces in front and behind the house. Within walking distance of the apartment there is a small supermarket, restaurants and bars. The main street is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk, here you will find many bars, restaurants, shops, bowling, mini golf, snooker centre, which are open all year round. The beach at Guardamar Beach is a 10 minute drive away.
Golf course - 4 minutes drive.
Aquapark - 4 minutes drive.
Alicante Airport - 35 minutes drive.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please inform Casa Prins in advance of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Judith will then be waiting for you with the keys.
Admission from 14:00 to 20:00.
Check-out from 8:00 to 10:00.
If you arrive later, or if you wanted to check out earlier, an additional 10 euros will be charged.

The minimum age to check in is 25.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties / gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside.

On arrival, 60 euros must be paid in cash for the final cleaning.
A 200 euro cash deposit must be paid on arrival, which will be refunded to you at check-out when there is no damage in the house.
Upon check-in, the host will ask for your id or passport for your details, which we need to register with the local police.

In case of cancellation , 100% costs will be charged.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or problems, the reservation may be cancelled by the owner, you will then receive your payment back. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
