This holiday home with a living area of 137 m2 has three bedrooms. The house has a private southwest-facing terrace with dining table and sunbeds. From the terrace you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden with three large swimming pools and a separate children's/baby pool. There is plenty to do in the vicinity of Ciudad Quesada for both young and old. 12 minutes drive to the beach of Guardamar del Segura (Moncayo Beach) and within a radius of 22 km there are 4 beautiful golf resorts.
Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto appliance, ceramic hob, washing machine and various kitchen appliances. The entire house has WiFi range (fast fiber connection) and the smart TV is equipped with a Chromecast. It is possible to stream music through a soundbar. There is also a spacious bedroom downstairs with a double bed with its own bathroom and toilet.
1st floor: a second spacious master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and has a private balcony. The whole house is modernly furnished and has air conditioning. If desired, we can provide baby/children's equipment. It is possible to rent bicycles through our contact on site.
