The 2-storey villa (modernized in 2014) has a living/dining room connected to the terraces by large sliding doors, satellite TV (all Dutch channels, most expensive Canal Digital package) and air conditioning/inverter/infrared heating for winter visitors.
There are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom (on the 1st floor) has 1 double bed, a private terrace with a lounge set and air conditioning/inverter, the second (ground floor) has 2 single beds. The living room has a double sofa bed. any additional visitors/guests.
There are 2 bathrooms with toilet, one with bath/shower and bidet, and one with shower;
Luxury kitchen fully equipped, such as combination microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, built-in expresso, etc.
Washing machine is also available.

Communal swimming pool is 50 meters away.
Both terraces are equipped with all amenities, including a luxurious lounge set, 2 sun loungers and a folding arm awning.
