Explanation of prices

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email (even if this has already been communicated to the host by telephone, for example).The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the renter only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.

Bonalba golf has an award winning golf course, people travel miles to use. This is just a short walk or 2 minute car ride to get to.
You will also find the Bonalba hotel and spa which you can pay to use, the tropical pool resort you can also pay to use and plenty of bars and restaurants.
This beautiful blue flag beach has miles of white sand and clear waters. It is lined with restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the menu del dia with a breath taking sea view!
The Canelobre caves are a must see while you are in the location, they are beuatiful and a good place to escape the intense heat!
The waterfalls are fabulous to go and visit and especially in the summer months when you will find the refreshing water ideal.
Altea is a lovely town, with both old and new parts. It is a great place to visit and enjoy a browse around
Alicante city is just a short 15 minute car ride away or alternatively you can park up in El Campello and use the local tram. It is very cosmopolitan and has some beautiful shops, bars and restaurants as well as the famous Santa Barbara castle and the Alicante marina
Guadulest is a beautiful Spanish village with winding streets, tourist shops, bars and restaurants and when you arrive to the top of the village you can see the amazing views of the surroundings and reservoir
A pretty Spanish seaside town with colourful houses lining the promenade, blue flag beaches and also the home to the famous Valor Chocolate factory. Easy to access on the tram from El Campello and a lovely place to visit and spend the day
La Cova is a lovely restaurant overlooking the marina in El Campello and is nice for something a little more special. Their menu del dia is reasonably priced and the staff are very efficient
Beautiful beach connected to San Juan playa. With white sand and clear waters, lots of water sport activities and wheelchair accessible.
Located on Campello seafront, this is an international restaurant with plenty of choice. If you want cheap and cheerful while the kids are safe playing in the sand, this is your go to place

Some places, like the tourist office and McDonald's, have family voucher tickets where you can get discounts, these are particularly useful when you are planning on visiting Mundomar or Terramitica too
Mundomar is a animal theme park located in Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. It is the sister park to the water park Aqualandia directly adjacent to it and with which it shares the same car park. There is a viewing area at the top of Mundomar next to the Dolphinarium, which gives a view of the majority of Aqualandia

This is a themed waterpark, attached to Terra Natura zoo. You can usually purchase tickets to be able to enter the two parks on the same day.
