Upon arrival, a private driveway welcomes you through a locked gate, with parking for 2 to 3 cars. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting hallway that leads you to the heart of the house. On your right, discover a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern amenities, including a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Adjacent is the dining area, complete with air conditioning and flowing seamlessly into the spacious living room. The living room is decorated with beautiful high ceilings and rustic beams and offers a cozy corner sofa, Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace. And you can stay connected with free WiFi.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Head up the internal staircase to discover two additional elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with a calming atmosphere with comfortable double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The property is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 10:00 pm are strictly forbidden at all times.
4: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are € 20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
