The other three bedrooms are located on the pool level, with direct access to the terrace and two well-equipped bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy to all guests.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, so you can share your vacation moments with loved ones. There is one private parking space on site and there is plenty of free parking in the street.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
3: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are € 20 per day and start on the day we turn on the pump.
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: Parties and noise after 22:00 in the evening are strictly forbidden at all times.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
