Casita Mimos is located just outside the center of bustling Calpe in the quiet residential area of Carrio. The villa is within walking distance of the sea (1 km) and the beach (1.3 km) with its nice bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and so much more.
You can enjoy the many quiet bays between Calpe and Moraira or visit the hustle and bustle of the beaches La Fossa and Arenal. Something for everyone!
Casita Mimos has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. An extra sleeping space can also be created in the living room if necessary. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room for 6 people.
For extra coziness and warmth in the winter, a pellet stove is provided in the living room.
To enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, there is an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven (!) and many cozy sitting areas around the (heated or cooled) swimming pool, both in the sun and in the shade. The garden and pool are south oriented, there is sun from morning to evening!
The (heated or cooled) swimming pool has a large plage, ideal for small children or to cool off on hot days. The garden is fully walled which ensures maximum privacy and security. The mood lighting around the garden provides coziness during the evening.

Due to the new Spanish legislation, the landlord can no longer apply a combination of rental types. This means that a choice must be made between tourist (short-term) rentals of less than 10 days, or medium-term rentals of more than 10 days to less than 1 year.
