Casa Rosa - Quietly located house with beautiful panoramic view & fiber wifi

Casa Rosa is our holiday home located in the very quiet urbanization, La Empedrola 1, in Calpe in Costa-Blanca-North, about 5 km from the coast.

Due to Casa Rosa's specific location, you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the city, the sea and the mountains from the living room and from the terraces. You also have direct view and direct access to the communal swimming pool. In this way, our holiday home becomes ideal for families with children, but also guarantees an exceptional rest.

Casa Rosa is a two-storey house where the living spaces are at the top and the two bedrooms and bathroom are at the bottom. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning and a heating system.

The upper floor contains an entrance area, living room, kitchen, and an open dining area with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Free fiber internet is available as well as Smart TV, connected to the internet via a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast. The system is equipped with a connection with TV Vlaanderen that provides a large package of channels.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine and a combi fridge-freezer.

Immediately adjacent you will find a toilet on the upper floor and a first large adjoining terrace (17m2). This terrace features a gas barbecue and often serves as a breakfast terrace due to its perfect location and views over the communal pool and surrounding area.

On the ground floor are the 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath (also usable as a shower). The master bedroom gives direct access to a covered terrace which continues into an even larger terrace.

Both bedrooms have a double bed (2m long, 180cm width). The window of the second bedroom also opens onto the downstairs terrace. This second room is also ideal as a home office.

A baby cot, high chair or desk to work on are available on request, at no extra cost.

From the larger terrace there is access to the communal swimming pool with children's pool via a few steps.

Under the stairs that connect the living space directly to the lower terrace, there is also a room where the washing machine is located.

In front of the house there is a small garden as well as parking. It is necessary to have a car available for your stay at Casa Rosa.

You can use both Alicante airport (about 50 min drive north) and Valencia airport (about 1 hour drive south) which greatly expands your options for choosing the most ideal flight.

Beaches: Both beaches of Calpe have a blue flag.

1. Playa Levante/ La Fossa: This beach is located east of the villa, about 950 meters long and is a beautiful white sand beach.

2. Playa Arenal/ Bol beach: This is the beach south of the villa, again with fine, golden sand. The center of Calpe is located on this beach.

Both beaches are separated by the omnipresent rock (The Peñón de Ifach).

A climb of the 332 meter high Penon de Ifach in this 47ha nature park is an absolute must for the sports enthusiast and for the nature lover.

Dirk worked in the Valencia region for a year and has therefore become very fond of the region and the Valencian culture. This led to the purchase of this house in Calp a few years ago.
As we are still in our early sixties, we are still working full-time and have very little time to enjoy this beautiful place. That is why we decided to rent out the house as well.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

• Up to 30 days before the start date of the rental, the tenant is entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid.

• Between 30 and 14 days before the start date of the lease, the tenant pays the landlord 50% of the pre-agreed rent as compensation.

• However, if you cancel within the last 14 days, the landlord will be obliged to withhold the total rental amount as compensation.
