VILLA NOREÑA HOLIDAY HOME IN CALPE
Villa Noreña is a beautiful design villa that consists of three floors and is perfect for a stay with two families. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with plenty of light and space with a corner sofa, satellite television (Dutch channels) with DVD player and a beautiful wooden dining area with luxury armchairs. The kitchen is sleek and modern with various appliances. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed (200 x 160 cm) and patio doors to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor are the third and fourth bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (200 x 160 cm). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks and a toilet. In addition, on the ground floor you will find a second living room and second kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor, ground floor and bedrooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating. The kitchen and living room on the lower floor are heated by the air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA NOREÑA
The covered terrace has a spacious dining table, lounge set and patio heaters. Around the pool you will find nice sunbeds. Further on you will find the spacious outdoor barbecue for cooking outside. In the evening, the villa is beautifully romantically lit by outdoor lighting and lighting in the pool. There is also a private parking space (carport). Due to the location of this villa, the sun will no longer be present on the property in the autumn and winter during the afternoon. Of course, you can just sit outside and enjoy the view endlessly and, if necessary, use the patio heaters. In the summer months you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon, after which you can fully enjoy the long sultry evenings.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days, Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.
If you want to book Villa Noreña with small children or older people, please contact us. There are also some stairs (both inside and outside) without banisters.

– Heated private swimming pool (to be booked in advance, please specify when booking): preheating costs € 110 per stay. When using the heated pool, the electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible. In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the pool water in these months is very pleasant.

– Additional electricity consumption to be paid on site: € 0.40 per kWh via a meter
– Arrival from 16.00 hours. Departure before 10.00 am.
– Surcharge on arrival between 21.00 - 00.00 € 50,- , after 00.00 € 100 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Noreña is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. During this period it is only possible to rent per month (min. 30 nights). The villa is heated by means of a heat pump (is calculated on the basis of a meter € 0.40 per Kwh and is on average € 150 per week), to be paid in cash on site. During the winter months, the sun is limited on the terrace, depending on the month. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1600 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
