The villa is beautiful, the view breathtaking. An hour after arrival you are totally in holiday mode and therefore enjoy your holiday to the full time that you are present. The villa is really fully equipped and there is enough space if you are with several people / families to retreat to one of the terraces, basement (this is already a whole apartment with living room, kitchen, etc)

Only for those who sleep in the basement and there are still guests on top of the terrace, it is a bit noisy because of chairs shifting.
The solution for this is of course to sit a little longer on the beautiful terrace with a top view, also at night and be the last 🥂to go 😉 to bed

The only thing I didn't like is that at the end of our holiday we received an additional charge for the energy consumption (this was reported in advance that this would be possible) but then .... I think that if you have to pay €4500 for 10 days of vacation then that extra €85 doesn't matter .... then just say as landlord it costs €4600
Personally, I would find that a little more pleasant and then no additional tax.

But again, it's really fantastic and wonderful and definitely worth repeating.
