Casa Maelle (formerly Casa Philomena)

Casa Maelle (formerly Casa Philomena) is a stylishly renovated and authentic villa in typical Mediterranean style. This villa with private heated swimming pool (8*4) is in a very quiet location about 1500 meters from the beach and the historic center of Calpe.

The house has 4 bedrooms (all equipped with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a sleek living room.

A fifth and sixth bedroom (equipped with air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom were set up on the basement in 2022. These bedroom(s) can be booked optionally at an additional cost.

In 2024, a cozy lounge area was provided at the outdoor kitchen where it is wonderful to relax in the evening!

From almost every terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and mountains in complete privacy.
 
Culinary delights can be enjoyed in the equipped bar and outdoor kitchen. 

Do you like the typical Spanish cosiness and hustle and bustle? Then the historic center of Calpe is the place to be, only a 20-minute (1500 meters) walk from the house. The cozy and extensive sandy beach of Calpe (Playa Arenal) is 2500 meters from our casa!

Very soon (scheduled for the summer of 2025), the brand new boutique port "Marina Portblanc" (popularly known as "Puerto Blanco") will open its proverbial doors to the general public. In this small harbour you will find several bars and restaurants, shops and a beautiful view of the bay of Calpe! You can reach this little paradise after a walk of only 5 minutes (400 meters) from casa Maelle!
