Casa La Sigala is beautifully situated on the green hills just behind Calpe, with wide views of the sea and of the famous rock Peñon de Ifach, less than 5 minutes from the center with its supermarkets, restaurants, terraces, harbor and both beaches Playa del Bol-Arenal and Playa de la Fosa. Casa La Sigala is very centrally located with easy access to the surrounding towns of Moraira, Altea and Benissa.
Style & Furnishings
On a plot of 720m2, the spacious villa was built in typical Spanish style with its authentic elements and was recently refreshed with lots of light and Ibiza-style touches. The villa consists of 2 equal living areas on each floor of 130m2, each with its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilet and veranda. The houses have their own entrance and provide access to the communal outdoor space. Nicely enclosed behind the house you will find the swimming pool and sun terrace with lots of privacy and in the shade of swaying palm trees. Around the villa you can relax in the well-kept garden with fruit trees, herbs, Mediterranean plants. Behind the entrance gate you can easily park under or next to the carport.
Indoor comfort
- 2 separate, similar houses on each floor with their own living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom(s), separate toilet and veranda. Ideal for 2 families or with family and friends, with private privacy and access to outdoor communal areas.
- Each floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, central heating and built-in wardrobes. There is a private bathroom with sink, bath and shower. Upstairs is an extra shower room with sink and toilet. Upstairs, the sofa can be converted into an extra bed.
- The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven/microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules), toaster, egg and kettle and all necessities. A communal dishwasher is available.
- The living rooms each have a dining table, lounge, TV corner, central heating and access to kitchen and veranda. Upstairs, the dining table can be extended to 10p. High chair available on request. The TV is equipped with Chromecast to watch programs via your own Netflix, Vrtnu, Vtmgo, Disney+, etc (clear instructions available in the house to connect via your own smartphone and/or tablet). On each floor you will find a speaker on WiFi and Bluetooth to play radio or your own music.
- The porches allow you to enjoy the sea views, the garden and the green area around Calpe even on chilly mornings or evenings.
