This 'Superior class' newly built apartment in Calpe, Costa Blanca, allows you to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the nearby "Peñón de Ifach" and is located on the "The golden avenue of Calpe", the most sought-after area.

The rental is done directly through the owner himself without intermediaries.

Barely 200m from the sunniest side of the Calpe promenade: "Playa del Arenal-Bol", centrally located just a 10-minute walk from the fishing port on the one hand and the cozy restaurants in the old town on the other.

The rental is for max 4 people.

Due to the changed Valencian rental regulations, we have favoured 'medium term rentals' which results in minimum rental periods of at least 11 days. Availability & rental prices only for the periods between the beginning of June and the end of September 2026: on request.

We make available:

  • Communal swimming pool on a private large sunbathing area: only accessible to residents and tenants.
  • Very large furnished terrace of 32m² - south facing: sunny but also sufficiently shaded - with a dining area, sun loungers and lounge set. All this with a breathtaking panoramic dominant view of the sea, the fishing port, the historical site and the 330m high Ifach rock.

We, Kathy & Luc, fell for the breathtaking panoramic view from this south-facing new-build apartment and the immediate vicinity of the dominant Peñon de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea. Previously we had a beautiful minimalist villa with lots of privacy, but then you close yourself off. That's why we exchanged it for the lively Calpe where a car is almost unnecessary and everything is within walking distance and less than 10min.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 50 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 50 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
