Enjoy carefree beach life and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea from this beautiful, newly built and fully furnished apartment - the perfect weekend getaway for the two of you, or a longer holiday with the kids or the family in Calpe Beach II.

This light, airy apartment with sea views is located on the sixth floor and is accessible by lift. Clean, modern lines with light wood in sun-bleached tones and soft, comfortable sofas, chairs and other furniture in gray, nautical blue and white tones contribute to your feeling of total relaxation.

Relax in the comfortable sofa after a lazy, sun-drenched day at the beach, where you can use the free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) to upload holiday photos, or watch your favorite series or movie on a flat-screen TV.

A fully fitted kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, and includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, a Dolce Gusto, dishwasher and crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Unfortunately a chef is not included.

Sink into a comfortable double bed and be lulled to sleep between fresh sheets and linens and a soft puffy duvet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with two single beds.

The large bathroom is complete with modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and you have a free parking space in the underground garage.

Take advantage of the tropical climate and take a dip in the communal pool. Children can have fun in the small outdoor playground. And to make your stay even more special, there is a unique communal area on the roof. Enjoy an impressive view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Penon de Ifach or the beautiful starry sky in the evening.
