We enter the apartment in the hall. On the left we find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker. In the adjacent utility room you will find the washing machine and an ironing board with iron.
The living room has a 2-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, flat screen TV, radio/DVD system and a table with four chairs. In addition, you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace. There is a table with four chairs and two very comfortable lounge beds that you won't want to get out of.
Back inside, in the hallway, we find the bedrooms. To the right is bedroom 1, which benefits from direct access to the terrace. There is a large double bed, a fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with bath-shower combination, toilet, bidet and sink.
Bedroom 2 is located on the other side of the hallway. From here you have a view towards Salinas Lake. There are 2 single beds, a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Finally, there is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
