Explanation of prices

SPECIAL WINTER PRICES from November 1 to March 31 at €900 per month. (Min.1 month)
Electricity consumption must be paid upon departure. (0.40€/kwh)
There is a counter in the apartment.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 50% of the rental price.

The full rental amount must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
