Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The tenant can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental. The booking agent will keep the deposit of at least 40% if the renter cancels. The tenant owes the full rental price in case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the agreed rent.
