Villa PP was renovated in 2018 and equipped with new beds, a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture inside and outside such as sunbeds, lounge sofas and dining tables. The second bathroom has also recently been renovated.
The villa has 2 bedrooms (and a sofa bed for up to 1 person in the living room) with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with nespresso machine. In the villa you have access to WIFI. The villa has a private swimming pool and large garden with lots of privacy. On the lower terrace there is an outdoor cooking area with barbecue Here you will find a large dining table where you can dine outside. The outdoor terrace by the pool has adjustable sunbeds and a large lounge corner sofa. You have access to 2 private parking spaces.
Villa PP is a 15-minute walk from the beach of El Portet Bay. There are also a few restaurants on the bay. A number of supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
NB: You have full access to the entire site during your stay and use the lower part of the villa. The upper part of the villa belongs to us/owners. No one will be present when the villa is rented out.
