We are Rosa and Juan, after years of searching for a house in Spain, we ended up in this region at the end of 2023 and immediately fell in love with the beautiful bays, beautiful nature and breathtaking views. In the same holiday we bought this villa. We live in the Netherlands and we regularly come this way to enjoy. The villa has been carefully furnished by us and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your holiday carefree.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
