Villa Ensueño - Benitachel / Javea

Villa Ensueño is really perfectly located for a wonderful holiday on the Spanish coast, on the outskirts of Javea, near the golf club of Javea and just a few minutes' drive from both the bustling El Arenal boulevard in Javea and the idyllic and beautifully situated Moraira. The best of both worlds, so it is never far to drive and there is plenty of entertainment and variety for all ages in the vicinity.

The stylishly furnished villa is fully equipped and therefore suitable for both families and families who want to enjoy the sun, sea, beach and Spanish hospitality together. An ideal base for a wide variety of activities and trips.

Groups of friends (not youth groups) are also at home in Villa Ensueño. Visit one of the wine tastings or one of the many good (even Michelin) restaurants in the area or look for the nice Ibiza style spots, visit old towns such as Guadelest or Old Altea or visit the city of Valencia for a day. Prefer something more sporty and active? Then go karting, cycling, golfing, hiking or snorkeling/kayaking.

Want to enjoy the sun? With 4 super-de-luxe Roolf fabric lounge beds and 4 extra sun loungers, there is room for every guest to read or top up their tan in between swimming in their own spacious pool.

You can also have a nice drink in the shade under the tarp on the luxurious Roolf lounge area or at the pool bar/under the veranda. Due to its south-facing location, between 2 bays, you can enjoy the sun all day long, which rises from behind the Cumbre, with a pleasant sea breeze (called the Calistros), making it "home" wonderful to stay until the sun sets behind the Montgo. There are plenty of shaded areas under the tarp, various Ibiza style umbrellas and the cozy veranda/pool bar which is equipped with a refrigerator and (melamine) crockery & glassware. Amenities such as luxury outdoor speakers (set of 2) on bluetooth and great wifi on the entire plot of more than 1000m2, ensure a complete Ibiza lounge experience.

Inside, the villa has been thoroughly overhauled and also decorated in a Boho/Ibiza style. "Upstairs" at street level, the villa is equipped with a spacious dining table with 8 chairs in the Naja (dining room) from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The adjacent, spacious kitchen with filtered drinking water system, new spacious fridge and freezer, luxury blender, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer offers a lot of comfort.

Through the hall you can reach both the cozy round Ibiza-style living room with beamed ceiling as well as the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is equipped with luxury Samsung Frame TV with streaming options and apps such as Netflix, HBO, etc. Enter your account details and watch a movie together on bad days . Would you rather play games or accommodate your teenager? This is possible with the new PS5 which is placed in this living room and equipped with an x number of games. If only to get the kids excited about a family holiday or to let them play games with the home front on a hot day in the air conditioning.

The cozy fireplace and décor, combined with the large sofa, makes it a wonderful place to stay in this room with the entire group. With new air conditioning units in the living room and all bedrooms, the temperature can be set to your liking, for everyone's comfort.

The 3 bedrooms are reached from the hall , also equipped with air conditioning, good beds and luxury bedding. The spacious rooms all have a chest of drawers / dressing table with mirror and beautiful wooden built-in wardrobes for your clothes and belongings. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with new vanity units with LED lighting with spacious (walk-in) showers.

Through the hall you walk to the street side, where your car can be placed cool and protected under the carport . If you are with two families, just park the 2nd car in front of the house in the wide street. The neighborhood is quiet and almost car-free, so you can also play on the street like kicking a ball with the kids.

You can walk down from the entrance left and right around the house (or via the stairs from the house) to get to the large terrace, the new BBQ corner, pool bar/porch, the swimming pool and the entrance of the lower apartment. 

The downstairs apartment offers extra privacy for adult children, parents or an entire family. The apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, hallway, kitchen and living room with a 2-person sofa bed (can be used as a bed on request, please specify) as well as a luxury Samsung Frame TV with all TV apps such as Netflix, HBO etc. Of course there is good Wi-Fi everywhere.
