Dear holidaymaker, we (Bas & Manon) are the Dutch owners of this property in Villotel, Moraira – Benitachell region. After our first season, tenants give us a 9 and call it Fantastic. With a view of many mountains, the holiday home "Amor Supremo" is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 86 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with e.g. a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Nescafe - Dulce Gusto), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
A baby cot and a high chair are included.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV (incl. a wide range of sports and movie channels) with streaming services, air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, fans, a washing machine and a dryer.
The highlight of this property is the private outdoor area with an open terrace and a terrace with new awning (2024), a balcony and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced swimming pool, which is open all year round, a large children's pool, an outdoor shower and a tennis court.
The property is ideally located to enjoy both the Costa Blanca and its numerous coves, beaches and picturesque villages.
A beach umbrella with base is available.
There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants around the corner. Parking is available in front of the door in the street.
One pet is allowed (no dangerous or noisy animals).
The house has a stepless interior (but you first have to go down a staircase to get to the front door).
