Casa Verde – A lovely property on Cumbre del Sol (Costa Blanca)

Welcome to Casa Verde, a comfortable and attractive duplex holiday home for up to 6 people, located in the quiet and green urbanisation of Pueblo de la Paz on the Cumbre del Sol mountain in Benitachell. This unique location offers a perfect combination of tranquillity, nature, comfort and active opportunities, with the lively resorts of Jávea and Moraira a short drive away.

The house

Casa Verde is spread over two floors and is practical, but stylishly furnished.

Upper floor

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 sleeps three and has direct access to a balcony with two comfortable seating chairs, ideal for enjoying the morning sun or a quiet evening.
• Bedroom 2 has two sleeping places.
• The bathroom is complete and well-kept with a shower, sink and washing machine. 

Lower floor

The lower floor features:

• A cozy living room with a comfortable and easily fold-out double sofa bed.
• The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment.
• In addition, there is air conditioning.

Outdoor spaces

Casa Verde offers several nice places to relax outside.

• There is a covered porch with dining table and chairs, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco.
• Via a staircase you reach the garden, also equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sun, nature and privacy in peace.
