During the summer months (from June to the end of September) and during the Christmas holidays, check-in/out is only possible on a Saturday
Checking in/out on any other day (except Saturday) may incur additional charges.
Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 10.00 AM
Check-in age: Minimum 24 years for the person making the booking
We would appreciate it if you do not smoke in the villa
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed
Villa information will be sent once final payment has been made

LA CUMBRE DEL SOL OUTSIDE THE SUMMER SEASON (WINTERING)
With an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Blanca is of course the ideal place to spend the winter. We have installed infrared panels with thermostat in the villa. There are also electric blankets in the villa (even more comfort).
Why infrared: clearly better heat than traditional central heating, it is environmentally friendly, fast heating and heat distribution, demonstrably better for your health, no dust circulation.
In January 2022, a fireplace was installed for even more atmosphere, warmth and coziness
