From the living room you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and access to the terrace and the lower garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine,
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There are two new single beds and the bathroom has a shower cabin. From the bedroom there is access to the terrace.
The second bedroom is located upstairs and here too there are new beds and the bathroom has a bath. There is also access from the hall to a balcony with another beautiful view. Of course, there is also a washing machine and parking is available on site, there is room for 2 cars.
The beautiful shared swimming pool is less than a minute's walk from the house.
The house is located in a quiet urbanization of the village of Benitachell and just a few minutes' drive away you will find a large supermarket and several restaurants. Moraira with the beach and many restaurants and shops is just a 10-minute drive away. You will need a car during your stay at Casita Terra Moraira.

Electricity is included up to 75 kWh per week, additional consumption € 0.35 per kWh. Monthly rental does not include electricity consumption.
If you arrive between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, there is a surcharge of €30. If you arrive after 24:00, there is a surcharge of €50. Arrival on Christmas Day is €50,- + any late arrival.
You can arrive and depart on any day of the week, but we ask that your stay be as close as possible to a previous reservation or to leave at least 7 nights in between.
Cot and high chair can be rented.
